For our offer of £50 deposit the remaining sum of the full
deposit (30% of the total rental cost) will be required by the end of February
2005, with full and final payment due six weeks before your arrival.
All other terms and conditions listed below also apply
Booking Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of a booking will be made upon receipt of the deposit or full payment if booking is made six weeks or less before arrival and a completed booking form.
With the signing of the booking form the client accepts these terms and conditions and agrees to pay the balance at least six weeks before arrival.
( a copy of our terms and conditions is available by fax, email or post) please

If the balance is not received at least six weeks before arrival
and proof sent to us then Quality Care Rentals reserve the right to cancel the booking
- Quality care reserve the right
to change the accommodation originally stated if the need arises to one of the
same standard or value or above.. If you the client wishes to change your accommodation
once the deposit has been received then no refund will be given due to
administration charges. A new deposit will be required for the new
accommodation chosen.
- If on or after your day of
arrival you wish to change your accommodation no refund will be given and full
payment for the new accommodation will be required
-
If the client cancels the booking after the deposit has been paid no refund
will be given.
- If cancellation arises after full payment has been
made the following terms apply.
- Where a doctor’s certificate can
be provided the maximum amount will be returned which is 80% # Please note up
to 80% only can be returned on these grounds due to costs incurred #
- If cancellation occurs once full
payment is made no refund will be given.
- Quality care can NOT be held
responsible for any problems that arise in the accommodation such as
electricity failure, hot - cold water supply failure, air conditioning etc,
but will endeavor to rectify the situation as soon as possible
- If any damage occurs during your
stay you the client will be held liable and your deposit with held or legal
action taken against you to reimburse the owner if damage is not repaired or
paid for.
- All guests can not formerly Check in before
3pm on day of arrival, Unless prior arrangements have been made
- All guests must vacate the
property by 10am unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Any guests arriving after
midnight will be charged for the previous day unless you agree not to enter
the property before 3pm or unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Accommodation is booked for the
number of people stated on the booking form. If any alteration is to be made
to this number Quality care MUST be informed.
- Quality Care or the owners of
any property will not be held responsible for any accidents that may occur to
adults or children under any circumstances.
- There is a charge of 10 euros
per person payable on arrival towards cleaning and laundry costs.
- Holiday insurance. It is your
responsibility to take out holiday insurance. Quality care can not be held
responsible in any way for customers who choose not to take out adequate
insurance. Quality Care can not be held responsible for personal injury or
personal loss due to theft from the rental property.
- Special requests. These must be
put in writing detailing precisely the nature of the request. Under no
circumstances can a special request ever be guaranteed. Some times special
arrangements need to be made to
- APARTMENT & VILLA POOLS & CLEANS
- Most of our apartments & villas
either have a communal pool or private pool. All pools are cleaned regularly
however we cannot be held responsible for dust or dirt entering swimming pools
between cleans. We also cannot be held responsible for the temperature of a
pool as the majority is unheated. Some private villas do benefit from heating,
for these villas there maybe an extra weekly charge applied for heating.
Heating a pool is optional and will be offered at the time of booking.
However, it is your responsibility to request heating of the pool should this
option be required. The weekly rental cost for your property does not include
daily cleans or maid service. Your property will be clean upon arrival and
unless otherwise requested will not be cleaned until your departure.
- Damage deposit. Credit card
details will be held against this deposit. This should be charged separately
from the rental money. Claims against the deposit will only be made in the
event of any damage caused other than that of normal wear and tear or if
abnormal cleaning is required.
- If damage does occur during your
stay please inform Quality care rentals as soon as possible so the problem can
be rectified.
- The
Company does not accept responsibility for losses, additional expenses,
inconvenience or distress due to delays in road or air services, quarantine,
sickness, strikes, war or threat of war, weather conditions, riots and civil
strife, terrorist activity, natural disaster, industrial disputes, government
action, airport regulations, technical problems due to transport, or any other
matter whatsoever over which the Company has no control.
- Building work and the resulting noise from the site
may occur at any time during the season. Obviously this is beyond the control
of the Company. Unfortunately we do not receive any advanced notice of when
work will begin as it is carried out by third parties whom we have no control.
Whilst we assure you of our best endeavors to minimize the inconvenience, we
regret we cannot pay any compensation or otherwise accept liability in this
case.

clients. It is very important that we are told in plenty of time before
the client’s arrival. The full nature of the disability and whether any
special requirement is needed. We can not accept liability for unsuitable
or in adequate accommodation in these circumstances.
